KTLA goes inside the opening of The Pier House with Create Hospitality and Lauren Koeppe, who led the branding, menu development and training. The Pier House is an upscale yet casual restaurant and bar in Venice, CA with a Coastal California style seafood program for one of the few beachfront experiences in Venice Beach. The menu features classic fish house dishes with a modern twist, and the full bar gives way to beach renditions of classic cocktails, an approachable wine list and boutique assortment of spirits.
